Magic lamp and genie power are available after achieving milestones one and two. This power is available twice throughout the game giving you an extra life. Total number of lives would be three after acquiring this power. Interestingly, you cannot accumulate this power. If you already have an unused power, acquiring another one after the second milestone would make the previous one unavailable. 

As the game progresses, the intensity and severity of challenges mount. This makes it difficult for you to cross the desert. The music also stimulates gameplay; thus, promoting realistic playing experience. In addition, there are numerous other factors and elements resulting in realistic and immersive gameplay.
